Everything travelers ask before booking
We charge per day for the vehicle and driver. Your quote depends on itinerary length, group size, vehicle type, and whether you'd like us to arrange hotels and tickets too. You'll always get a clear, itemized quote upfront — no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
Absolutely. We can book hotels across every budget, arrange safaris, cooking classes, Ayurvedic massages, train tickets, whale watching, and any local experiences you want. Just tell us your style and we'll build it in. Or you can book your own stays and only use us for the car and driver — it's your trip.
A clean, air-conditioned SUV or van (Toyota, Suzuki, or similar) with comfortable seating, cold water, and space for luggage. For larger groups we can arrange a larger van. The vehicle is always freshly cleaned before pickup and arrives 15 minutes early.
Yes — wherever possible, Harsha is your dedicated driver and guide from start to finish. For very large groups or peak periods, we may assign another trusted driver we've personally trained, but Harsha will still handle all your planning and be your point of contact throughout.
Flexibility is built in. Want to skip a stop and spend longer at the beach? Done. Cyclone warning? Harsha's already on the phone with local contacts, rerouting your day. We never charge for re-planning — your driver's whole job is to make sure you have the best possible day, every day.
For day trips and airport transfers, 2–3 days is usually enough. For multi-day tours and peak season (December–March, July–August), we recommend 2–4 weeks so we can secure the best hotels and tickets. Last-minute requests? Send them anyway — we'll always do our best.
